You know how there are times when you are trying to make a decision, and you say to yourself or to somebody else: “well, a part of me feels this way and another part of me feels that way” and you don’t know which part to choose. Voice Dialogue can help.
Voice Dialogue: The Psychology of Selves and the Aware Ego Process is a specific perception of character structure and how to work with it. The technique involves learning to identify primary and disowned selves, understanding how the selves develop and evolve in the personality, and incorporating the dynamics of the energy systems fueling the selves. With the knowledge that this tool brings, a person is able to make better choices and find ways to work through both inner and outer conflict. It was created in the 1980s by Drs. Hal and Sidra Stone.
